WHAT IS THE THE TITLE CONNECTION ONLINE INTERFACING SOFTWARE?

The Title Connection Online specifically for title companies, but is utilized by the mortgage industry and real estate industry. This may sound confusing to you, but let us explain how this works.
The title company purchases the license to use the software as an online tool for their customers to order title services at the click of a button. The Mortgage Company or Realtor downloads our interfacing software onto their desktop by logging onto the Title Company's website and clicking on "Download Software".
This download will allow your present clients or potential clients to send you orders via the Internet. Once your client begins the application process with the borrower or they have the purchase contract complete they are able to send the order to your company simply with the click of the mouse!
HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP 1.
Complete the Borrower's Info/Loan Application form in your Calyx program.
STEP 2.
Complete, if opting to do so, the Tracking:Agent form in your Calyx Program.
STEP 3.
Minimize all the Calyx "windows" that are open. (such as Borrower's Info, Loan Application, and/or Tracking: Agent)
STEP 4.
Click on the shortcut icon on your desktop that says "Title Requester".
STEP 5.
The "Process the Title Request" program appears.
Click the button 

STEP 6.
When the "Borrowers File" window appears, click on the client's name that you wish to forward to the Title Company.
Click "Open" and the client's information is automatically imported into the Interface Program and displayed on your computer screen.
If any of the data is incorrect or needs editing, you can edit immediately in the Interface Program by simply clicking the appropriate tab that you want to edit and change the information.
STEP 7.
Click on the button . Your data is instantly e-mailed to the Title Company.
