The Title Connection Online, Inc. is a full service Marketing Firm. We are not a Title Agency and are not bound by the same laws governing Title Agencies. We do not sell title insurance. We provide services to Realtors and Mortgage Brokers indirectly for Title Agents. Title Agents are advised to seek counsel regarding RESPA Laws and possible violation of RESPA laws for the State they conduct business in.

The Title Connection Online, Inc. does not perform Escrow Functions. We do not cut checks or order funds for any Title Agencies. We simply produce documents for review and signing purposes only. The Title Connection Online, Inc. is in no way associated with it’s clients except as a hired contractor or vendor to perform marketing duties and we assume no liability for any claim that may arise or result against our client, the title agent for any reason or as a result of our services performed.

Although the Title Connection Online, Inc. may perform and provide goods and services that are geared towards helping the Title Agent increase his/her business, we do not guarantee a specified amount or any increase at all in his/her business and we further do not guarantee a specified amount or any increase at all in the title agent’s client business.

With respect to our Direct Mailing products, we assume no liability nor do we guarantee a specified or any amount of responses to any mailer we perform for any client or any client’s client.
